All our caregivers are certified in CNA, CPR, First Aid and any other training required by the state of California

We start with a background check. If that comes back clean, we will do n in-depth interview to determine if each individual is qualified. Finally we train and match each caregiver with a client.

For existing caregivers we do monthly leadership training and state training every six monts.

After a new client signs up for our services, we will get in touch within 24 to 48 hours to schedule a free in-home or virtual care consultation. During this free consultation, we will learn about you and your family’s care needs.

After each shift, the caregiver will write an update in our service app. We also have binders where they can write daily notes. We will bring a binder into the clients home where they can write daily notes.

We are flexible. It’s just a phone call away to the care manager who will handle it.
